You reference Bloom's taxonomy (1956) and might be interested in the comparison between Bloom's and the SOLO taxonomy that Marshall (Ed.) (I have the 2020 5th edition) sets out in chapter 8.

I attach a screenshot here - It sets the Bloom (1956) against the SOLO from Biggs and Tang 2011 on adjacent pages, and has been a useful summary page for writing ILOs in the last two weeks.

They describe the SOLO taxonomy in its application to in face-to-face learning for learning complex knowledge "in the higher orders of the cognitive domain" of SOLO, and in terms of students "applying their knowledge to new situations, analysing, reflective or hypothesising" (Marshall, 2020: 97) this might be a useful reference to look at referring to  the deep learning you mention here.
